RENOLUX game : « Sortez c’est l’été ! »

Article 1 – Presentation of the Organizing Company
Renolux, SAS with capital of € 2,400,000.00, whose registered office is located at ZI DE MONTBERTRAND 38230 CHARVIEU CHAVAGNEUX- FRANCE, registered with RC Vienne FR 33 398 382 499, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”, organized from June 1 2021 (UTC / GMT +1 hour) until August 31, 2021 at 00:00 (UTC / GMT +1 hour) a game entitled “Sortez c’est l’été !“.

Article 2 – Who can participate
Participation in this game is reserved for Internet users who are members of the social network Facebook and/or Instagram, natural persons of legal age according to French law on the date of the launch of the game (i.e. aged 18 and over), with an available e-mail address, with the exception of salaried staff of the Organizing Company, of all service providers who have collaborated in the organization of the game, as well as their families (same name, same address).
People who have not provided proof of their contact details and complete identities or who have provided them in an inaccurate or deceptive manner will be disqualified, as well as people refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them and necessary for the needs of game management.
Participation in the game entails the pure and simple acceptance of these rules, in all their provisions, of the rules of ethics in force on the Internet, as well as of the laws and regulations applicable to games in force on French territory.
Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in the rules will invalidate the participation.

Article 3 – How to participate
To take part in the “Sortez c’est l’été !” game, each participant must :
– Like the Renolux company’s page on Facebook and/or Instagram ,
– and share the post with the hashtag #JeuRenoluxété2021

Article 4 – Winners and Prizes
A draw will be held among the participants to select the five winners who will each receive a getaways Smartbox “Mille et Une Nuits Merveilleuses” worth € 199.90.
Each winner must give his e-mail address, name, first name, address of residence, country of residence, and will be notified individually, by any means available to the Organizing Company.

The results will be posted on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of the Renolux company no later than September 15, 2021. Any winner who does not manifest within 10 days of the day he was contacted will no longer be authorized to claim his winning prize. In this case, the prize will not be awarded.

Article 5 – Advertising
By participating in the “Sortez c’est l’été !” game, the winners authorize the Organizing Company to communicate their names without this conferring on them any right to remuneration, or to any advantage other than the award of their prize.

Article 6 – Modification of the rules
The Organizing Company reserves the right, if the circumstances so require, to modify, shorten, extend or cancel the game. Its responsibility cannot be incurred as a result.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify all or part of these rules. Any modification of the rules will be the subject of an announcement on the Renolux page.

Article 7 – Verification of the identity of the participants
To ensure compliance with these rules, the Organizing Company reserves the right to verify the identity of participants, their place of residence and their membership in the social network Facebook and/or Instagram. Any indication of falsified, fraudulent, false, deceptive, incorrect or inaccurate identity or address will result in the elimination of the entry.
Facebook Disclaimer : this game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information that participants provide are provided to Renolux company and not to Facebook. These provided information will only be used for the participation in the “Sortez c’est l’été !” game.

Article 8 – Liability
The Organizing Company will not be responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network or of Facebook and/or Instagram platforms preventing access to the game or its smooth running. In particular, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any external malicious acts.
If the Organizing Company makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information, it cannot however be held responsible for material errors (in particular display on game platforms (social networks Facebook and/or Instagram), sending of incorrect e-mails to participants, e-mail routing), lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on the websites. Participation in this game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible hijacking or hacking and the risk of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. It is up to each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the social networks and the participation in the game is done under his full responsibility.
In addition, the Organizing Company is not responsible in the event of :
– hardware or software problems,
– destruction of information provided by participants for a reason not attributable to the Organizing Company,
– human or electrical errors,
– disturbances that could affect the smooth running of the game,
– consequences of any delay, loss, theft or damage to postal or electronic mail which are not attributable to it (complaints must be made by the recipients directly to the companies that provided the delivery of said letters/mails),
– use of personal data by Facebook and/or Instagram.
In any case, if the smooth administrative and/or technical running of the game is disrupted by a cause beyond the control of the Organizing Company, the latter reserves the right to interrupt it.
Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the exclusion of the game of its author, the Organizing Company reserving, if necessary, the right to initiate legal proceedings against him.

Article 9 – Data processing and Freedoms
The information collected in the context of this game is necessary for participation to be taken into account. This information is intended for Renolux, the controller, for the purposes of managing the participation, for determining the winners and for the allocation and delivery of prizes.
By participating in the game, the entrant may also request to register for an information email from the Organizing Company. The data thus collected may be used within the legal framework.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. If you wish to exercise it, you can write to the “Digital communication manager at Renolux, ZI DE MONTBERTRAND 38230 CHARVIEU CHAVAGNEUX – FRANCE”.

Article 10 – Disputes
Any dispute or complaint relating to this game must be formulated in writing and addressed to Renolux, ZI DE MONTBERTRAND 38230 CHARVIEU CHAVAGNEUX – FRANCE.
The Organizing Company will decide any question relating to the application of these rules, in compliance with French law. These decisions will be final. The law applicable to these rules is French law and the applicable language is French. Any dispute arising from this game will be the subject of an attempt at amicable settlement. In the absence of agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts on which the head office of the Organizing Company depends, except in the case of public policy to the contrary. No dispute will be admissible one month after the end of the game.

Article 11 – General information
No request (written, telephone or oral) concerning the terms or the mechanism of the game, the interpretation or the application of these rules will be answered. However, participants may be informed of the name of the winners after the game is over by contacting the Renolux Facebook page at url : https://www.facebook.com/renoluxFR/.
