Two new French-made Renolux car seats with Softness© technology have been added to the SÉCURANGE shorlist today: the GAÏA+ car seat and the RENOFIX2 booster seat.
This technology, developed and patented by Renolux, is a unique manufacturing process that sets it apart from standard plastic car seats.
SOFTNESS© car seats and booster seats are made up of a high-strength steel frame, which forms the framework of the seat, topped with polyurethane foam to provide a soft, supportive and comfortable fit for the child. Safety is guaranteed by better energy and impact absorption in the event of an accident, thanks to the high deformation properties of steel. This material also has very good thermal stability, making it more sustainable and resistant to the temperature changes that car seats experience in vehicles.

Gaïa+ is a car seat that can be used rear facing up to 4 years old, approved R129 i-size from 40 to 105 cm (from birth to approx. 4 years). It is a very comfortable car seat that swivels and slides, and accommodates to child’s size : its innovative depth adjustment provides more legroom for the child in rearward position up to 4 years !
RENOFIX2 is a one-hand height-adjustable (up to 15 cm) booster seat , for children aged from 3.5 to around 12. It has reinforced side protectors and a memory pad, which is a memory foam strap protector that guides the belt comfortably over the child’s shoulder and absorbs shocks. Safety and comfort guaranteed!
