Renolux has been based in France, near Lyon, for over 45 years. It’s here that we design and manufacture premium, comfortable car seats. The development of our polyurethane foam injection manufacturing process has enabled the company to innovate and gain new markets. Nowadays, our industrial know-how enables us to master different areas of business : polymerisation techniques using our patented process (polyurethane foam), metal work (drilling, cutting, tube bending, soldering), textiles industry (pasting, cutting, sewing) and then assembling mechanics. In total, we have a manufacturing and warehousing surface area of 17,000 m2 with customer satisfaction as our number one priority.

While all other market players are manufacturing traditional plastic car seats, Renolux as child care expert, has been able to patent the application of foam technology to child seats: this is the Softness technology®. The process consists of injecting high-density polyurethane foam onto a steel frame, combining comfort with robustness.
We are the one and only company on the market to use this process and are proud to manufacture the most comfortable car seats in the world, while providing optimum child safety.
Renolux thinks of both children and parents by proposing ingenious and ergonomic systems. It is the inventor of the first swivelling car seat, which makes it very easy to install the child in his car seat.
